Day -1

Arrive at Bhubaneswar meet our representative at rly. Station or air port and transfer to hotel. In the afternoon visit the ancient temples in Bhubaneswar.

Days - 2

Early morning drive to Lalitgiri and Udaygiri.


It is one of the Buddhist complexes, dating back to the 1st century A.D, the huge brick monastery consists of number of vive stupas and a renovated stupa at the top of a rugged sandstone hillock dominate the greenery around.


The ancient name was Madhavapura. It came into being after Ratnagiri and Lalitgiri, flourishing between 7th to 12th AD. The image of Dhyani Buddha,Bodhisattva,Avalokiteswara,Tara, Jambhala, Aparajita, Heruka and others found during the excavation, make Udaygiri a unique site of Buddhist Heritage.


Established in 6th century ad it appears that Buddhism was fostered at this place up to the 12th century Ad Ratnagiri has a rich concentration of Buddhist antiquities. Night stay at Bangamala forest (Bhitarkanika forest)


This forest is one of rare swamps with a compact mangrove ecosystem in India. There are sixty varieties of mangrove plants, beaches, variety of wildlife giant turtles and ferocious crocodiles add to the thrill of Bhitarkanika.

Days -3

Early morning by boat see the Dangamala forest and then back to chandbali.

Arrive Chandbali in the evening and catch the train at Bhadrak railway station (60kms) or nearest airport in Bhubaneswar (220 kms)
